Charles De Vilmorin

Charles de Vilmorin launched his own label in 2020 by posting several images of his creations on Instagram, quickly gaining attention with his distinctive, dreamlike hand-painted motifs. His debut collection was presented at Haute Couture Week in 2021, and he was subsequently appointed Artistic Director of Rochas.

In 2023, de Vilmorin took on several high-profile projects. In July, his brand was again featured in the Official Calendar of Haute Couture Week. He then chaired the Fashion Jury at the Hyères Festival in October. In December he assumed the role of Artistic Director of the Galeries Lafayette Christmas, gracing the gallery with his inimitable, imaginative touch.

de Vilmorin continued his momentum in 2024 with the launch of his first ready-to-wear collection in March. Collaborating with Moet & Chandon and chef Yannick Alléno, he unveiled his design for the Moet restaurant in Paris in June, followed suit by his second FW24 Couture presentation at the Fashion Couture Week. de Vilmorin contributed to the Paris Olympic Games ceremony with his ‘Liberté’ painting which highlighted the ‘L’amour à la Française’ sequence.
