Derek Chan

DEMO is the brainchild of designer Derek Chan, who is an alumnus of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Master of Philosophy in Fashion and Textile Design. DEMO’s creations brings together elements of philosophy, poetry and science to redefine traditional masculinity with contemporary and gender-neutral aesthetics. Derek’s work for his label has won him international accolades – he was named 2016 Designer of the Year and Collection of the Year by the Hong Kong Fashion Council, and 10 Asian Designers to Watch in 2019 and 2020 by Fashion Asia.
